What we collect

For hardcover orders, we don't collect your information at all. Clicking "Buy Now" takes you to Lulu's own checkout, and your name, shipping address, and payment details are handled entirely by Lulu—they never pass through or get stored on this site.

For digital orders, checkout happens on Stripe's own payment page. Stripe never shares your card details with us. After a successful payment, we do receive and store your email address, so we can deliver your download link and make sure it's never sent to you twice.

How payments are handled

We never see or store your card details, for either format. Hardcover orders are processed entirely through Lulu's own checkout. Digital orders are processed through Stripe. Both are PCI-compliant payment processors used by businesses worldwide.

How digital delivery works

After a digital purchase completes, your download link is generated fresh for your order and expires after 72 hours. It's not something we can regenerate indefinitely from an old link—if it expires, just email us and we'll help you out. Your confirmation email also contains a copy of this link for your records.

Who we share data with

For hardcover orders, we never receive your information in the first place, so there's nothing for us to share—Lulu handles printing and shipping directly. For digital orders, your email is shared only with our email delivery provider, solely to send your order confirmation and download link. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for marketing purposes with anyone.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses minimal, functional storage only—for example, remembering your light/dark mode preference in your browser. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
